On April 28, 2017, Dangerous Documentaries released Soviet Islam, the second installment in our America Under Siege web-series releasing over the course of 2017.
With President Trump executing missile strikes in Syria and radical Islamic terrorism being as big a threat as it ever has been, we need to understand how these oppressive regimes and extremist ideologies got started and empowered. Working with Dangerous Documentaries, director Judd Saul and conservative commentator Trevor Loudon have compiled a team of researchers who have uncovered the history of the Soviet Union’s meddling in Middle Eastern politics, creating a new enemy for the United States, and learned that Russia’s continuing alliance with Islamists is forwarding a radical domestic threat in America today.
Various media outlets have covered this investigative documentary. Here is what they said:
“Trevor’s research into Soviet and modern Russian influence on radical Islamism and Middle Eastern dictatorships is especially urgent given the current conflict in Syria,” wrote Daniel Greenfield of FrontPage Magazine.
“Soviet Islam will open your eyes and allow you to see the bigger picture with the problems our world faces,” Daily Caller contributor Hannah Simmons wrote, adding that it will “send chills down your spine.”
Jim Simpson, also wrote in the Daily Caller, calling the film a “must see documentary” that explains “the nexus between international Communism and radical Islam.”
